So… we have a boy dog and a girl dog. See the problem? My wife and I don’t agree on getting the pets fixed. Let’s just not get started on that though, I’ll just say I’m for it, she is against it.
Anyhow, we had puppies last year, when said problem came up the first time. This year when Dharma, our female Doberman, went into heat, my wife promptly left for India for a week of vacation with her best gal pal. Don’t you worry though! She also left me a 13 year old step-son to help make sure those two tricky dogs never got left alone in a room together.
Biology has such a longer attention span then a novelist and a 13 year old. Darwin, our Border Collie, is proof of that. There were two incidents, which makes me about 100% sure we’ll be having puppies again.
This leads me to my first reblog: The Never Puppy | Shit-Pocalypse | A Documentary.
Enjoy ! Note, picture above was from the first week we brought Darwin home, so Dharma is less of a harlot then it appears. We call the cross a “Borderman.”
