Nathan Van Coops, a friend and fellow author, is throwing a launch party for his newest title: The Day After Never (book three in the ‘Times Like These‘ series).
A few other authors, including but not limited to, Rysa Walker, Michael J. Sullivan, Bryan Cohen and myself, will be joining Nathan on Facebook during the online party. Each author will be doing book giveaways — along with other prizes — and answering fan questions.
So, if you’ve ever wanted to ask me something while I was on the spot, this is your chance! I am only slightly terrified that you will all now see how poor my grammar is when witnessed in real time without an editor.
The Details:
- The launch party starts Tuesday July 12, 2016 @ 1 pm EST (10:0 AM PST) on Facebook
- My Q&A session begins at 5:30 pm EST (2:30 PST)
- If interested, the Facebook event link is available here
- Prizes include: Free books and eBooks, Amazon gift cards, and even a Kindle Paperwhite
Hope to see you there!
When will your second Jonathan Tibbs book be out it almost been two uears.
Hi Cameron, Actually spent the last two weeks in a remote cabin without internet access or family just to get the sequel done– and I got damn close. I’m hoping to get the draft to the editor soon. I’m holding off on giving dates till I see what the editor sends back. Don’t want to make the mistake of being off on release dates again. Short answer: the hardest part of the process is passed.
Dude that sounds horrible no Internet but thanks for almost getting the book done.
Hello Mr. Hodges,
I really enjoyed your first book and look forward to your next one! Will the second book be available as an audiobook like the first one? If so, how long of a delay will there be from the release of the book to the release of the audiobook?
Thanks for this chance to ask you questions!
Hi Bryan,
Thanks so much for reading!
Yes, the sequel will be available on audiobook as close to the release of the date of the ebook/paperback as I can manage. Some of this is outside of my control.
My plan, in a perfect world, is to put the Text based books up for preorder while the audiobook is being recorded.
Audiobook production is estimated to take six weeks total. 4 weeks to record and make changes, then 2 weeks to go through audible quality control tests.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Because of you, I have a construction crowbar!
The wife laughs every time I want to use it.
My brother got me hooked on your series I was wondering when book two will come out
I have been working with my editor on the final manuscript over the last two months. I feel pretty close, but don’t have a date yet! Thank you for your interest, hope to have good news for everyone soon!
